We’re looking for a passionate and skilled individual to join the senior leadership team here at SARI. It’s an exciting opportunity to join work at one of

SARI is a Bristol-based charity, working throughout the Avon and Somerset area, set up by and for victims of racial harassment and hate crime. We run a free, confidential casework service and deliver training, consultancy, educational and community cohesion related activities – which are all designed to promote safer, more respectful, diverse communities. SARI is proud to have a very diverse staff team. We are client-centred, community-focused, and over the years have gained the trust and respect of local people and agencies. We are looking for a candidate to join this dynamic team in our mission to make a positive difference.

We are looking for an individual who:

  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Proven experience of leadership and performance management
  • Will be an excellent ambassador for SARI and our mission.
  • Has excellent persuasive verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Has a proven experience of managing and supervising people.
  • Has project management skills.
  • Will be experienced and confident at running or delivering a busy frontline service.
  • Has a strong personal commitment to equalities, tackling racism and hate crime.
